Want Out of Your Cell Phone Contract to Get an iPhone?

If you’re a Sprint customer and you complain 40-50 times a month they will terminate your cell phone contract. So if you’ve been wanting to get an iPhone but were just waiting until your contract expired- here’s your out.

It’s true. According to this article, 1200 customers of Sprint were cut from their contract due to excessive complaining. Either these customers need to get a life or something is really wrong with Sprint. I think Sprint did the right thing.

Why spend all your time and energy on the few who clearly will never be happy with you at the expense of the majority of your customers?
